Function Description

Function FLOOR returns largest integer equal to or less than argument.

Examples

SELECT FLOOR(2.4)
  FROM dual;

Result: 2

SELECT FLOOR(2.9)
  FROM dual;

Result: 2

SELECT FLOOR(2)
  FROM dual;

Result: 2
