Function Description

Function CEIL returns smallest integer greater than or equal to argument.

Examples

SELECT CEIL(10)
  FROM dual;

Result: 10

SELECT CEIL(10.2)
  FROM dual;

Result: 11

SELECT CEIL(10.9)
  FROM dual;

Result: 11
